Brandi Brown, BCBA, LBA

Brandi Brown is a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with advanced degrees in Education and Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With extensive experience across diverse settings, Brandi has supported children with a wide range of disabilities, including autism, and has worked in hospital, residential, in-home, and school environments.

In hospital and residential settings, Brandi provided critical support for children facing severe behavioral challenges, including problem behaviors, depression, and suicidal ideation. In these roles, she conducted functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and developed behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) to address complex needs. Brandi also developed and led social skills lessons and life skills assessments, while creating and delivering workshops to enhance staff capacity in managing problem behaviors.

In her school-based work, Brandi served as the Special Education Coordinator for a program focused on High Functioning Autism. Here, she played a key role in training and mentoring special education teachers, empowering them to understand and apply ABA principles effectively in their classrooms. Brandi's innovative social skills curriculum yielded impressive success rates, significantly benefiting students in the program.

Throughout her career, Brandi has demonstrated exceptional leadership and training abilities, both formally and informally, as she consistently enhances team performance and fosters a collaborative learning environment.
