Owner/Founder Information  Brandi Brown is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with master’s degrees in Education and Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Brandi has worked in various settings teaching and supporting children with diverse disabilities, including autism. Work settings include hospital, residential, in-home, and school. In the hospital and residential settings, Brandi supported children with serve problem behaviors, depression, suicidal actions, and ideations. While working in clinical settings,  Brandi created and taught social skills lessons, conducted functional behavioral assessments, and life skills assessments, and developed and implemented behavioral intervention plans. Additionally, Brandi conducted and developed workshops to train and build staff capacity for working with problem behaviors.  While working in the school setting, Brandi acted as special education coordinator for a “High Functioning Autism” program. As a special education coordinator, Brandi trained special education teachers to understand ABA principles and effectively implement behavior plans. The social skills curriculum that Brandi developed and implemented resulted in a high rate of success with students in the program.  In each environment, Brandi has displayed the ability to lead and train colleagues both formally and informally.
